Itinerary

The exact itinerary will be kept flexible to account for the weather and traffic conditions. We will optimize our time for the best possible photography. The itinerary below is just an example of what you can expect. If we shoot the night skies, we will likely skip sunrise the following morning.

The Beginning of the Workshop (Oct. 20): We will pick you up at Slovenia Ljubljana International Airport at no later than 2pm. From there, we will travel to the charming mountain town of Lake Bled. We will have an orientation at the lobby of our hotel at lake Bled 2:30p.m. upon check in. Afterwords, we will immediately head to one of the country’s most iconic sights, Lake Bled tor sunset photography. 

In the evening we will gather together for food, spend some time getting to know each other and discuss the trip to come.

Day 2 morning, after sunrise shooting, we will drive to next hotel near our day 2 and day 3 photography sessions. 

​

Day 2 - 4: We will shoot the True gems of Slovenia - the amazing churches! We photograph iconic Jamnik and St Tomaz churches, St John at Bohinj lake – with stunning mountains backdrop.

​

Day 4:  morning after sunrise photography session and breakfirst, we will drive to Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia.

​

Day 4 afternoon to Day 5: we have 2 days to capture hundreds of cascades and waterfalls framed by autumn foliage. With turquoise waters beneath and gentle autumn light to make your photos look like paintings. Plitvice Lakes National Park is a dream destination for many photographers.

Day 6: After sunrise session of photography, we will drive you back to Slovenia Ljubljana International Airport.

​

***Please book the return ticket after 4pm,  And book the arrival ticket before 12pm to arrive at Slovenia Ljubljana International Airport.

When we get to home, we will set up a zoom class schedule for photo critique and Post-Processing Inspiration and Instruction.
